Delete your Vortex app account and data
Used the Vortex Solar app and want your account and its data deleted? Tell us here. We confirm with you on your registered number and delete it within 30 days.
What is deleted: your app login, profile, referral details and wallet history (once any balance is paid out), and service chat. What we must keep: records the law requires (invoices, subsidy and tax papers) for as long as it requires. You can also write to gosolar@vortexsolar.in.
